TPAssistCapture extracts the categories / tags from a MindManager map. This map contains 1 or
more
Quick Links and needs to be constructed / populated prior to using TPAssistCapture.
Failure to customize the Quick Links map will result in TPAssistCapture showing “ERROR,
ERROR…” in the capture dialog.
To get started, simply do the following:
1. Open MindManager.
2. Locate “TPAssistCapture Options”
In MindManager 6, see the Tools Menu.
in MindManager 7 and 8, see the TPAssist Ribbon, the "Capture" tab and choose “Options”.
3. In the Options dialog, choose “Edit Quick Links (Open Map)”
4. With the newly created Quick Links map open, add your categories/tags (Explain:
Quick
Links):
Each category/tag is a single topic,off the central topic. These subtopics should typically
be hyper linked to the target map / topic.
5. Save and close the Quick Links map.
6. Locate “TPAssistCapture Options”.
7. In the Options dialog, choose “Refresh list of Categories / Tags used by the capture tools”.
