In this example, we explore how to take an e-mail and delivered it to your map  for later  processing.

1. Configure a location for your capture items to land (as  per the  example  above):

2. In Outlook select the e-mail or e-mail conversation group you wish to  process (The view below  uses a custom search folder to show only  unprocessed items):

3. Then select the Capture icon from the toolbar.

4. Now customize the topic title, select the category / tag and click SEND.

5. Now switch over to MindManager and run the TPAssist Capture Process

• Return to MindManager.
• Click "Process" in the "Capture" group in the TPAssist Ribbon (in  MindManager 6, see  the Tools menu).

• Return to your main Dashboard mind map and the newly created  item  should be there  waiting (i.e. in the  "GTD In-Tray"  topic) with  the mind  map attached.
