TPAssist2007 comes with a series of tutorials to guide you through  each  aspect of  TPAssist.  The modules have been designed to be  completed  one after another. Each  module only takes 10-   15  minutes, so it won't  be too long before you will have mastered the  capabilities of TPAssist.
