TPAssist multi-map enabled Journal support causes changes to multiple maps.  (See  User  Reference, Tree Update Reference).

To support undo, these changes are not saved to disk until you choose "Save".  By  default "Save"  only saves the current map.   The solution is to use the "Save All"  command on the File Menu.

In MindManager 6, to save time, use the Customise Toolbar capability to add the "Save  All"  command to your standard toolbar.  If you are using TabletPC, repeat the process  when in "Pen"  mode to add "Save All" to the pen mode standard toolbar.

In MindManager 7/8, TPAssist has added a "Save All" short-cut command to the  TPAssist  Ribbon.
